Affiliate Terms of Service

The Agreement
Commission Payouts: Any and all commissions will be pay through PayPal on the 15th and 30th day of each month. You will need to setup your PayPal account before selling any products to avoid payment delays to your account. Sign up for a PayPal account HERE. Your affiliate advertising must NOT include any content that is deceptive, misleading, untruthful, unsubstantiated, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines. All articles on ugrucoaching.com, ugru.com and any affiliated companies are copyrighted, and as such, affiliates may not reproduce them for any purpose.
Affiliates may also not run ads on Google AdWords (or any Google property), bid on “UGRU”, “Breakthroughs”, “UGRU Coaching” or any other related products based keywords, use the term “UGRU”, “Breakthroughs”, “UGRU Coaching” or any other related products in any pay per click ads, use any terminology in ads or landing pages that are similar to “scam” or “fraud,” or create customer incentives for purchasing “UGRU”, “Breakthroughs”, “UGRU Coaching” or any other related products (through cash rebates or 3rd party bonus offers).
Affiliates are forbidden from creating webpages, social media pages or accounts that falsely represent themselves as the creators or owners of “UGRU”, “Breakthroughs”, “UGRU Coaching” or any other related products. All affiliates (regardless of their country of domicile) MUST be in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including without limitation the Federal Trade Commission Act (“FTC Act”), the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (“CAN-SPAM Act”), Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulations and guidelines implementing the FTC Act and the CAN-SPAM Act, the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (“FTC Testimonials Guide”), the National Advertising Division decisions of the Better Business Bureau, the GDPR (Guide to the General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines and other federal and state consumer protection laws, regulations, and guidelines.
*** Any affiliate found breaking any of these terms will be banned immediately without hesitation, and will not be eligible for reinstatement. ***
Changes to this privacy policy
UGRU has the discretion to update this terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
